R&D Capability

With mold flow software, thermal simulation software application, over 150 members for R&D and engineers for programs development and innovation. Collaborate with well-known domestic universities to develop and establish research stations. • Tooling Capability Services: Design, create and modify 3D-drawings, mold flow analysis, single & double injection tooling, solid & liquid, rubber tooling. Tooling Capacity: 50 sets per month Top tier precision tooling fabrication Machines: Several sets of Makino CNC (30,000 RPM), and Sodick Mirror EDM in house. Shortest Tooling L/T, eg: Prototype tooling for Rubber part one cavity design, L/T < 5 days FOT.
